How I Work
1. Find the right factory — not just any factory. I match your product and budget to 2-4 manufacturers. I visit them. I check the things you can’t see on a video call: raw material storage, idle machine rate, whether the QC station is actually staffed. You get real photos from the floor, not catalog shots.
2. Negotiate — for the right price, not the cheapest. I know what materials cost this month. I know which factories are busy and which need orders. A cheap quote gets you bait-and-switch. A fair quote gets you the same quality on the 5th order as the 1st.
3. Inspect — before you pay the balance. I’m on the production floor. Measurements checked against your spec. Photos and video sent to you. Problems caught in China cost nothing to fix. Problems caught at your warehouse cost everything.
4. Ship — factory to your door. I coordinate freight, customs, and delivery. You get a tracking number, not a headache.

My fee is transparent and separate. You pay the factory directly — I never touch your product money.
